FYR are pleased to announce the completion of the Reception area refurbishment which has seen the complete transformation of the area providing a wonderful point of arrival for the tenant. 

The project forms part of a major refurbishment of the building all of which are under the control of FYR Project Management and include the following works: 

            External Elevation Clean and Repairs

            New Air Conditioning and Heating Infrastructure

            Increased Standby Generator capacity

            Six New Passenger Lifts

            Continual Floor by Floor Upgrade
