FYR's appointment at one of London's most prestigious office buildings commenced when the Clients purchased the property upon the initial review of the works required and budget proposals provided by FYR during the purchase of the property.

The work consisted of numerous elements including modernised and replacing the services infrastructure which consisted of:

• Six New Lifts
• New Air Conditioning and Heating Infrastructure
• Installation of a new Standby Generator
• Increasing the building's electrical capacity; and
• Rewiring of each floor

In addition to upgrading the services infrastructure the entire building was:

• Re-roofed
• All external services were steam cleaned (as required by English Heritage)
• The Main Reception was refurbished
• Each floor of offices was refurbished as and when they became available
  

All these services had to be completed working with a fully occupied building.
