FYR were the appointed Project Managers and Client Representative on the conversion of this former office building to student accommodation.

With its circular configuration the building proved an extremely challenging project to ensure the high end student accommodation requirements were delivered in full.

Under the role of Clients Representative FYR achieved a saving of over £500,000 from the original tender received before FYR's engagement, whilst still maintaining the high quality required.
