Now 'The New Ellington Hotel' it started life as three dilapidated terrace buildings wedged between two rows of listed buildings in a conservation area. FYR Project Management were appointed as the Clients Representative with total responsibility for the appointment of each member of the design team; as well as providing the interior design concept they undertook the following services:

• approving the plans and co-ordinated layouts
  
• overseeing the planning applications and appointing the contractors
• procuring every item of furniture and operating equipment within the Hotel

Working with the Operator, the Hotel achieved the prestigious accolade of being awarded the Leading Hotels of the World Status prior to opening.
