Formally the Hotel Elizabeth, Grimsby, Icon Hotels bought this Hotel in 2010 whereby they employed FYR to provide: Clients Representative, Project Management, Interior Design, FF&E Procurement and Quantity Surveyor services for a refurbishment of the entire hotel.

The Owners Brief was to keep the Hotel trading at all times during the refurbishment, which included

• Replacement all the boilers for the Hot Water Services
• Rewiring the entire building
• installing new air conditioning
• Asbestos removal
• Creating additional bedrooms from previously under utilised areas
  

The Hotel is now the only accredited 4 star Hotel in the Grimsby Area,
